About the role

Senior Document Controller is responsible for maintaining the integrity, traceability, and
compliance of all concrete-related documentation across Team Concrete divisions within the Civil
Works Alliance (CWA).
This role ensures that all records: technical, operational, commercial, and compliance, are controlled,
indexed, stored, and retrievable in accordance with the project governance, and audit requirements.
The role prevents fragmented documentation, lost approvals, audit failures, and lack of traceability
by serving as the single source of truth for concrete documentation, decisions, approvals, and
performance records.
Quality assurance in a nuclear construction environment depends fundamentally on robust data
traceability, which is essential for successful project completion

What you'll be doing

. Document Integration & Control
• Maintain a single, centralised, structured source of truth for all concrete-related documentation
across Team Concrete.
• Index, file, classify, and version-control documents including pour records, approvals,
technical data, and meeting outputs.
• Ensure consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and access permissions.
• Prevent document loss, duplication, or uncertainty regarding ownership or status.
2. Document Control (ITPs, RAMS, KPIs, Permits)
• Manage and maintain controlled copies of ITPs, RAMS, permits, KPIs, and service
documentation.
• Ensure only current, approved versions are used by site and production teams.
• Track expiry dates, revisions, and outstanding approvals, escalating delays promptly.
• Prepare document packs for audits, pour readiness reviews, and weekly coordination
meetings.
3. Traceability & Event Recording
• Log delivery tickets, delays, aborts, overruns, NCRs, rescheduling decisions, and timestamps.
• Maintain full traceability from pour planning through to delivery, testing, acceptance, and
close-out.
• Ensure alignment between tickets, test results, pour cards, and daily concrete order sheets.
• Provide factual evidence to support technical, quality, or commercial queries.
4. Commercial Evidence & Reporting
• Compile service performance metrics, KPIs, and weekly/monthly concrete delivery statistics.
• Assemble evidence packs to support invoicing, cost recovery, and performance reviews.
• Maintain records required for premium charges.
• Support commercial teams with timely, accurate, auditable datasets

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in chasing, escalating, and clarifying
