You will support the team throughout the entire audit lifecycle and help to ensure the effective planning, implementation, and follow-up of audits and audit measures. You will coordinate organizational processes, prepare relevant decision documents, and ensure smooth communication between Group Audit and other internal and external stakeholders. With your structured approach to work and your understanding of processes, you will make an important contribution to the efficient design of audit processes.

You will support the team throughout the entire audit lifecycle and help to ensure the effective planning, implementation, and follow-up of audits and audit measures. You will coordinate organizational processes, prepare relevant decision documents, and ensure smooth communication between Group Audit and other internal and external stakeholders. With your structured approach to work and your understanding of processes, you will make an important contribution to the efficient design of audit processes.
Your main tasks are:
- Support in the maintenance and use of internal audit systems (e.g., SAP)
- Data management (maintenance, filing, and structuring of digital documents and audit documents)
- Review and formal quality control of audit reports
- Creation, maintenance, and preparation of presentations, reports, and evaluations (e.g., in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Independent handling of Back Office tasks
- Independent organization and execution of general administrative tasks
- Processing departmental invoices and assisting with budget and cost management
- Communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including in an international environment
- Coordinating and organizing appointments, meetings, and business trips
- Processing travel bookings and travel expense reports
Our requirements are:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with audit software (e.g., Power BI, SAP) is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and international interfaces
- High level of discretion, sense of responsibility, and team orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
