In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Create and configure new products and their manufacturing technologies in the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy of ERP data and continuously update and maintain system information.
• Prepare product cost calculations, quotations, and pricing analyses.
• Collaborate with Product and Process Engineers, Technologists, Programmers, and engineering teams across global locations to define correct manufacturing technologies.
• Work closely with Purchasing Specialists and Production Planning Specialists to ensure proper ERP parametrization.
• Provide technical support for other departments.
• Participate in ASCO projects (both local and international).
• Analyze Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and implement necessary system updates.
• Lead optimization initiatives related to ERP processes and workflows.
• Conduct improvement activities aimed at enhancing ERP system usability and accuracy.
• Build and maintain a structured internal knowledge base.

You enjoy working with engineering data and processes. You analyze information quickly and ensure accuracy in a fast paced environment. You collaborate effectively across teams and are eager to contribute to continuous system and process improvements.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Secondary or higher technical education (engineering degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Communicative level of English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time pressure.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and self-management.
• Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or analyzing technical documentation.
• Understanding of production processes or manufacturing technologies.
• Proactive approach to solving ERP issues and improving system workflows.
