Job Description Summary

Looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages complex calendars, and keeps critical priorities on track with exceptional attention to detail.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative and organizational support
  • Own executive calendars, travel arrangements, and key meeting logistics
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Safeguard confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Drive follow-up and execution, ensuring commitments and deadlines are met
  • Proactively engage on and see projects through to successful completion within strict deadlines
  • Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
  • Prepare and reconcile expense accounts
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite business meeting and events
  • Manage conference / meeting rooms and common office area
  • Raising and receiving purchases orders
  • Booking travel and managing expenses
  • Raising and receiving purchases orders
  • Assist with passport and visa requirements


Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Extended experience in similar roles
  • Proven executive standing and ability to establish trusted relationship with the Leadership Team
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications
  • Strong administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting executives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Fluent in English
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.

What we offer:
  • Annual bonus up to 10% of yearly salary.
  • Monthly contribution of 6% of base salary to Cafeteria or Pension/Life Insurance, in addition another CZK 600/monthly to Cafeteria.
