Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance workforce capability, structure, and performance. This role will support strategic human capital programs including change management, succession planning, career development, and competency frameworks. You will provide guidance and consulting to business units to ensure organizational effectiveness and alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement organizational development programs and workforce initiatives to improve performance and engagement
- Develop and maintain organizational structures, job families, and career paths to support business strategy and employee growth
- Lead succession planning activities, including high potential identification, development plans, and talent reviews
- Design competency frameworks and map employee development against technical and behavioural competencies
- Support change management initiatives across business units, including communications, feedback mechanisms, and adoption strategies
- Develop and maintain tools, policies, and processes for organizational effectiveness
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Monitor and report on program outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities
- Promote equity, fairness, and transparency in career progression and development programs
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards in HR programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on organizational development and large-scale HR projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience designing and implementing organizational development solutions
- Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to analyse organizational challenges and propose practical solutions
- Knowledge of modern organizational design methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Working Relationships
- Internal: HR department, department managers, business unit leaders
- External: Industry peers, consultants, vendors
