This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing business, supporting the smooth delivery of construction projects through effective document management and coordination.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate project records and ensuring all documentation is controlled, up to date, and easily accessible across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain document control systems across multiple projects
- Ensure all drawings, specifications, and project documentation are correctly logged, distributed, and filed
- Track revisions and ensure the latest documents are issued to relevant teams
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure document accuracy and compliance
- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain document registers and ensure adherence to company procedures
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry
- Experience working on fit out and refurbishment projects is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in document control systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Competitive salary between £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
