R&I Data Specialist Process WRs in the company Work Management systems, to including new construction, replacement, maintenance and paving. QC and approve pay items in the Work Management System against documentation received for payment by contractors for completed construction and paving work. QC fieldnotes and/or drawings for accuracy. Enter and verify data in company’s Work Management System. Support internal and external customers in construction, paving, invoicing, design and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves Pay items in Work Management Systems against received documentation by Construction/Contractors
  
  
• Reviews and verifies Paving WRs and approves within the Work Management Systems against received documentation by Construction/Contractors
  
  
• Enters data in Work Management Systems, including but not limited to BCA initiation, Work Request Creation, As-Builds, and processing of CRSRE, CRSR, MPV’s, CPV’s.
  
  
• Scans and attach documents in WMIS or other systems as necessary.
  
  
• Review, research and updates CU items and work closures in the company Work Management System used to monitor construction job reporting (e.g. CWIP, AC Quantity >1, Construction CONSTR Failed WR Closing Report (Bi-monthly), Orphaned WRs not associated to a BCA, ARM reports, etc.) performing corrective actions as assigned and/or approved by Management.
  
  
• Researches and interprets Company documents (source of supply from construction drawings, quad maps, map books, internet, fieldnotes, service records cards, paving tickets, Unified Work Orders, etc.) in support of construction, paving and permitting processes.
  
  
• Processes completed work orders and invoices.
  
  
• Gives feedback on BCA closing lists and other closing lists assigned.
  
  
• Process Invoices/Other through EPRO
  
  
• Process CRSRE documentation and Check Payments
  
  
• Attend BCA Close-Out meetings to troubleshoot and Close-Out complex WRs
  
  
• Attend off site meetings, when necessary, to process physical documentation not within the Work Management systems.
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
