Site Administrator ( Roster 5:2/ 4:3)
NES Fircroft are working with a Major Teir 1 Mining Operator seeking a mining industry experienced Site Administrator to join the team. This position will be integral to assist with day to day operations.

The role requires a motivated and energetic person who can work unsupervised and has a proactive attitude to assist, action and deliver all the tasks associated within a site administrator role.


Job Title:
Site Administrator (Fixed Plant)
Start date: ASAP
Roster: 5:2 / 4:3 roster
Length of contract: 12 month contract (on-going with possibility of going permanent after 12 months)
IMPORTANT: Experience on an Iron Ore site is preferred, must have experience using SAP, booking flights, managing calendars.


 
Key accountabilities will include:
  • Administration of site rosters, flights, and resources in a continuous operating environment.
  • Updating of forecasting with camp occupancy and room requirements.
  • Coordinating and actioning multiple shared inboxes (within an admin team and autonomously).
  • Data collection, emails, and messaging of personnel in a timely manner.
  • Raising and providing SuccessFactors positions and maintaining org chart positions.
  • Raise purchase requisitions, auditing and cross-checking of goods and services to assist cost control.
  • Maintaining a register for purchase orders and PPE orders.
  • Preparation and distribution of site notices.
  • Order and dispense site PPE as required.
  • Vehicle fleet maintenance and servicing management.
  • Manage site consumables including office & site related supplies.
 


 Qualifications and skills required:
  • Minimum 3 -5 years experience in a similar and/or same role.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to SAP Software including SuccessFactors (ideal).
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administration coordination capability.
  • Current WA Drivers Licence.
