We are currently seeking a Document Control Intern, to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Successful candidates would be offered a fixed term employment .

Main Accountabilities
• Currently pursuing Bachelors Degree in any discipline, preferably in Records/ Data Management or Business Information Systems
• Computer literate and able to work independently
• Desire to learn about Document Management
• Detail-oriented
• Strong active listening skills
• Curious and ability to express opinion or share feedback
• Propose ideas to change the status-quo
• Acting with integrity and ethics
• Committed to internship placement of six months duration.
Starting Date: Immediately
About you:
Bachelors degree in accounting, professional qualification or equivalent with more than 3.3 CGPA.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a proactive approach.
• Experience in audit, financial reporting, and/or Oracle system will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of the team.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to manage tight deadlines.
• Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders on relevant issues.
