You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our leaders, managing the complex calendars, collaborating with the Executive Assistant team and Business Partners. You will plan and execute various business meetings and events, schedule domestic and international travel, reconcile expenses and support space planning.
This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate has a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders (both internal and external to Amazon). They are able to be flexible and change direction seamlessly, will be able to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations, and raise the bar in the Amazon Leadership Principals to take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills.
Key job responsibilities
* Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
* Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
* Schedule cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation.
* Complete and file expense reports; utilizing both domestic and international currencies.
* Drive team activities (including staff meeting agendas and notes, org-wide meetings, social outings, supply ordering, and other key logistics).
* Close collaboration with departmental EA peers.
* Responsible for all space planning for business area
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
* Support annual operational planning process, business planning, performance review cycles
* Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the business cycle
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
