Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations to potential customers to schedule appointments for solar consultations.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns about solar products and services.
• Meet and exceed monthly appointment scheduling targets to contribute to the overall sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting cold calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
