As a Lead Executive Administrator here at Honeywell, youwill play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to ourexecutive team. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinatingmeetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information withdiscretion. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills willcontribute to the smooth operation of our corporate functions.
You will report directly to our Executive Vice President andChief Administrative Officer and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC locationon a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency andeffectiveness of our executive team by ensuring seamless coordination andsupport.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings,appointments, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, includingagendas, presentations, and reports
• Handle confidential and sensitive information withdiscretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and externalstakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assignedby the executive team
