We are looking for our future Procurement - Performance Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in the Netherlands with a fixed-term contract for one year.

The Procurement - Performance Specialist will lead strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver measurable value across the organization. This role is pivotal in managing supplier relationships, engaging stakeholders, and executing sourcing projects under a standardized project management framework. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving value creation through a robust Value Pipeline, supported by consistent sizing and scoping methodologies.

Job Environment

You'll be part of the Global Supplier Alliance (GSA) team, which oversees procurement and supplier management for both Direct and Indirect categories across ResMed's global operations. The GSA team is regionally distributed but closely connected, fostering a collaborative, flexible, and inclusive work culture. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and innovation opportunities through strategic supplier engagements.
• Maintain and report on the value pipeline, ensuring transparency and traceability of sourcing benefits.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
• Apply standardized sizing and scoping frameworks to assess and prioritize value creation opportunities.
• Report on value delivered categorized as cost savings and/or cost avoidance.
• Manage sourcing projects using structured project management tools and methodologies.
• Develop and manage high-performing supplier relationships to ensure quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, scorecards, and performance reviews to drive accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with suppliers on joint value creation initiatives and innovation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Proven track record of delivering value through sourcing initiatives and supplier partnerships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Some experience working with Oracle Purchasing (or similar purchasing system) will be advantageous

• Value delivered through procurement and/or sourcing projects (cost avoidance, cost savings, risk reduction, innovation, etc.).
• Supplier performance and relationship health.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
• Timely and accurate reporting of the Value Pipeline.
