BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve the clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs and Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutics applications.Facilities designed to handle small and large molecules as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides and Nano Medicines.BSP is technologically developed to meet the needs of innovators, with its High Containment Facility designed to offer a full range of integrated services aimed to support the entire life cycle of a product, from the formulation and process development/optimization, through scale up/scale down studies

Posizione

We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to support and manage:

• Sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories, including GMP-impact direct and indirect production materials and GMP / non-GMP laboratory consumables.
• The implementation of procurement strategies in collaboration with the Line Manager, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and GMP requirements.
• Supplier scouting, evaluation, qualification, and relationship management to optimize the supplier base.
• Market analysis and cost assessments to identify alternative sources and best-in-class suppliers.
• The end-to-end procure-to-pay process within the assigned scope, including supplier negotiation, order placement, and coordination with Finance.
• Negotiation of pricing, framework agreements, delivery terms, and payment conditions to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Initiatives aimed at optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improving procurement performance.
• Monitoring of purchasing budgets, reporting activities, and performance tracking.
• Contract implementation in collaboration with Legal and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement of internal and external procurement processes.

Requisiti

• Master's Degree (Economics or tech would be a plus)
• Professional knowledge of english
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in complex organizations
• Can-do attitude
