What You'll Be Doing:

• Own end-to-end procurement for key ingredients categories, supplying multiple UK manufacturing sites
• Develop and execute category strategies with a strong focus on commodity buying and risk management
• Collaborate with NPD, planning, and site teams to drive innovation, value engineering, and supply chain improvements
• Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, delivery, and cost targets are met
• Use SAP and Excel to manage contracts, POs, and reporting with precision

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years' procurement experience, ideally in food manufacturing or commodities
• Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge, negotiate, and lead
• A self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture
• Excellent Excel and SAP skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Tenacity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
