Your Impact

As Procurement Manager - Fresh Produce Sourcing, you'll be at the heart of supplier strategy and category development, driving both tactical execution and strategic initiatives across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key fresh produce categories.
• Build and nurture supplier relationships across a global network.
• Lead supplier communications including claims, fulfilment, and performance.
• Manage tactical procurement activities including stock evaluation and ordering.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to deliver commercial value.
• Champion supplier development and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the European region.

What You Bring

Essential:

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within food, agriculture, or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in tactical procurement (ordering, claims, stock control).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate market dynamics.

Desirable:

• Experience in fresh produce sourcing is a strong advantage.
