We are recruiting for a highly motivated Procurement Manager to join a leading cost consultancy on a prestigious government programme. This is a secondment position supporting some of the region's most influential infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years' professional experience
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes
• Background in contractor or consultancy environments welcomed
• Proven experience working on major tender packages and contractor evaluations
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work within fast-paced, complex project teams

The Role:

• Support procurement strategy across large-scale infrastructure programs
• Oversee tendering processes, bid evaluations & contract awards
• Collaborate with contractors, design teams, and government stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards and governance frameworks
• Deliver value-driven procurement outcomes
