The selected candidate will oversee the procurement processes, ensuring that all materials and services required for projects are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the procurement team, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted effectively.
• Implement procurement strategies that align with project requirements and organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
• Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, highlighting areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies while overseeing procurement operations.

Hiring for our client in KSA Procurement Section Supervisor:

8 to 12 years of experience in a specialty field & 2 yrs as a supervisor

- Construction Exp & Strong Analytical, negotiation, and

- Understanding of Procurement Law and Regulations

- Overseeing the procurement activities related to civil.

- Leadership experience.

- Experienced in the construction field

Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours: 8 hrs.
