On behalf of our client Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer on behalf of a reputable client in Qatar. This role is essential in managing the procurement processes and ensuring a reliable supply chain for construction projects.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, delivery time, and service.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management to prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in procurement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape in Qatar is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
