Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment for commercial and residential fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the fit-out industry, and the ability to manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning:
  Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Supplier Management:
  Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Material Sourcing:
  Source and purchase materials including joinery, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other fit-out components.
• Cost Control:
  Monitor and control procurement costs, ensuring adherence to budget and value engineering principles.
• Contract Management:
  Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements with suppliers.
• Inventory Coordination:
  Work closely with warehouse and site teams to manage inventory levels and delivery schedules.
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance.
• Market Research:
  Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and innovations in the fit-out industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 - 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers and logistics.
