About the job

Job purpose

As the GO Performance & Sustainable Procurement Officer, you will have two main objectives:

1. Drive GO Procurement Performance: Lead the strategic planning and monitoring of performance delivery to ensure that our procurement activities align with our goals.

2. Implement Sustainable Procurement Policies: Continuously improve our sustainable procurement policies and practices to enhance our environmental, human rights, health and safety, business integrity, and diversity efforts in supplier relationships.

Main missions

• Your responsibilities include:
  
  Performance Management:
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing teams and Finance to define and build the GO Strategic Plan.
  • Drive savings delivery and reporting to Group Procurement and Finance, applying validated savings methodologies and tools.
  • Support the Sourcing teams in the application of savings methodologies and validation processes.
  • Ensure quarterly performance reporting on defined indicators to Group Procurement in accordance with established guidelines & requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze GO procurement spend to continuously support efficiency initiatives
  • Lead GO procurement data quality management stream in collaboration with Group Procurement: participate in procurement data community, drive data quality behaviour, participate in data continuous improvement workshops with group procurement & data teams, propose & implement data quality guidelines within AXA GO.
  
  Sustainable Procurement:
  • Deploy, monitor, and regularly update the ESG Guidelines for AXA GO in alignment with Group recommendations.
  • Engage in Sustainable Procurement community calls to share best practices and initiatives.
  • Promote and increase AXA GO inclusive procurement spending & drive the implementation of initiatives on sustainability
  • Collect and consolidate KPIs for the Annual Report and CSRD, sharing insights with Group teams.
  • Support Group to reach the entity target in Climate supplier engagement

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven track record in strategic planning contribution with financial dimensions
• Experience in ESG or a strong desire to learn in sustainability.
• [Nice to have] Exposure to an international work environment.
• [Nice to have] Background in community management.

Technical Skills:
• Financial controlling background ideally in procurement
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize and communicate complex topics effectively.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to challenge the status quo.
• Interested in data management and looking to grow on this subject
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Soft Skills:
• Proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders, from top management to operational teams.
• Ability to see the big picture and prioritize issues effectively.
• Passionate about environmental, health, safety, and human rights topics.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
