Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Cycle Management: Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including competitive and non-competitive sourcing for complex and specialized categories.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost data to generate actionable insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals, focusing on cost reduction and risk mitigation.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify procurement-related risks and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers to support procurement initiatives and ensure alignment.
  Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by streamlining procurement workflows, leveraging technology, and promoting innovation.
• Vendor & Project Management: Provide support in managing supplier relationships and procurement-related projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Policy & Governance Support: Contribute to the enhancement of procurement bylaws and professional development initiatives within the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor's level
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
