About the Assignment

As a Senior Project Manager at BlueHeart Energy, you will lead customer and partner projects where we integrate and test our Blue Heart unit in real-life heat pump systems. You will manage the project team, make sure all teams know what is expected of them, and ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery. Your responsibilities include monitoring progress, resources, quality, and budget, while maintaining close communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

WhatYou'll Do

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Commerce, Engineering, R&D, Testing, Controls) to resolve challenges quickly.

• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project and escalate when needed

• Make sure all practicalities are in place, like logistics, test plans, documentation, certifications

• Monitor and report on project progress and KPIs, adjusting plans to stay on track.

• Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency.

WhatWe're Looking For

• Technical background or experience working with a technical (hardware) product in development.

• 5+ years of experience managing technical or customer-facing projects.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with HVAC/heat pump technology is a plus.

• Able to choose, setup and use project management tools and methodologies (e.g. reporting templates, Jira, Agile).

• Ability to travel occasionally for customer site visits (driver's license).

• Type: Freelance / ZZP (self-employed contractor)

• Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)

• Day Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
