THE PROJECT / THE CONTEXT

Within the Decathlon Soft Equipment industrial division, you will join our engineering centers for luggage and tents & sleeping bags based in Passy (74). A multi-skilled industrial hub: Purchasing & Supply chain, Component Design, Methods, Prototyping, Test Lab, Component Design, Quality... which supports Decathlon's sports groups in the design, industrialization, and supply of our products. Our team also works in close collaboration with Decathlon's international production teams and other design centers throughout France.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a textile component procurement and supply chain intern, your main missions aim to improve our processes to enhance their performance. They are broken down as follows:

PROCUREMENT

• Ensure the migration of the digital price submission process for SS 2027=> New software migration for SS27 + Soft Eq monitoring, training, milestone facilitation, and analysis.
• Guarantee the reliability of prices and data useful for finished products => Update fabrics prices in Data cost + reliability control
• Accelerate the deployment of cost breakdown collection => Fabric CBD's SS27 + Database Update

SUPPLY

• Lead the study and implementation of MOQ optimizations based on component typologies, flows, and suppliers.
• Drive the use of the RANK 2 tool to guarantee the capitalization of component supply data
• Follow up on "Extra Stocks" and "Risky stock" components and identify solutions to "SAVE THE STOCK"

OFFER

• Guarantee the alignment of "OFFER" decisions and their application by the "SUPPLY CHAIN" :
  • Referencing updates (example: recycled fabrics, to be stopped,...) with the supply teams
  • Consistency of component duplications with the needs
