YOUR ROLE

• Support theteam with process compilation and documentation with the aim of synchronizing thesystems across the different business functions.
• Reviewing portfolio informationin master data systems for efficient processing and reporting.
• Perform strategicsegmentation of global portfolio to enable effective strategic decision-making.
• Contributeto the design and implementation of a strategic roadmap and technical approachfor data consolidation, digitalization, and project tracking.
• Creating anddelivering presentations and workshops in partnership with team leads acrossvarious subject areas.
• Support the Sustainability Agenda by ensuring quality ofinput and monitoring progress status.
• Provide operational and content support tothe training platform (Academy), contributing to onboarding and capabilitydevelopment for new colleagues within Henkel's HCB team.

YOUR SKILLS

• Recentgraduated (3-months max.) or currently a Masters or Bachelor student at Dutch University.
• Excellentknowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Prior experience in procurement orcontract manufacturing is a bonus.
• Proficient in digitalization processes withstrong skills in Excel and analysis of big data sets.
• Strong communication and organizationalskills.
• Available for a full-time/part-time internship starting March 1st,2026.
