A leading organisation is seeking a Procurement Director with strong contractor-side luxury fit-out experience to lead procurement, supply chain, and logistics functions across major projects in the Kingdom. This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who can drive strategy, establish robust procurement frameworks, and manage high-value supplier and subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement, supply chain, and logistics operations across multiple projects.
• Develop procurement strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, and long-term vendor management.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with best-practice procurement standards.
• Manage risks, ensure material availability, and support project delivery teams.
• Lead and develop a procurement department, ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Strong background in contractor-side luxury fit-out (interiors, joinery, specialist packages).
