Job Title: Procurement Manager (Fixed Term Contract 24 months)

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Sourcing & Bidding Support:

• Based on business planning and market requirements, conduct in-depth supplier sourcing and market insight analysis.
• Support market bidding and tender processes by securing competitive solutions and quotations from the supply base.

Project Resource Management:

• Participate actively in the planning, management, and coordination of resources within project delivery cycles.
• Proactively identify and resolve resource-related issues that arise during the project delivery process.

Strategic Supplier Management:

• Implement and execute the complete supplier lifecycle management, including:
• Supplier certification and selection processes.
• Ongoing performance management.
• Supplier portfolio management activities.

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years minimum of experience in a similar role.
• Industry Experience (Must meet at least ONE of the following):
  • Experience in HR Outsourcing or Engineering Service Procurement.
  • Experience in International Trade.
  • Experience in the Telecommunications (Telecom) Industry.
• Proven project management skills, including mastery of methodologies and ability to drive and execute key projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; capable of independent negotiation and risk mitigation.
• Ability to leverage resources to achieve deliverables and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Solid understanding of telecom technology and engineering services in the German market.
• Fluency in German, in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
