WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

• Support in managing the Procure-to-Pay Process; starting with the identification of suitable suppliers up to negotiations and contract arrangements
• Search for new suppliers and keep up-to-date on market trends
• Analyze and create spend data dashboards
• Work with intercompany management and controlling, in order to set up internal agreements and safeguard cash management
• Support in the implementation of corporate guidelines

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Enrollment at a university with a business focus (preferable major in procurement, finance or controlling)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, S4/HANA knowledge desirable
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a fast grasp of complex issues
• High level of commitment and independent, structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of English
• Can-do mentality and self- starter!
• High flexibility and team orientation
