Requirements
Purpose of the Position
Support the Global Indirect Procurement team in developing sourcing strategies that drive value for spend while ensuring risks are appropriately managed through thorough research and analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate procurement data and improve data quality for better reporting outcomes.
- Track procurement KPIs and develop tools for continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Assist Category Managers with historical spend analysis, price forecasting and/or tender preparations
- Participate in Strategic Sourcing Initiatives across different Indirect Procurement categories
- Act as a champion for usage of advanced analytics (Power BI) and AI in Indirect Procurement
- Serve as key user of Indirect Procurement systems (eg Ariba) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee procurement-related tools and support digitalization projects.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and digital proficiency.
- Less than 3 years of experience in procurement or related fields.
