The Role
As a Procurement Analyst at Capco, you'll play a key role in supporting our Global Procurement team as we strengthen procurement governance and consistency across 20+ countries. The Role
As a Procurement Analyst at Capco, you'll play a key role in supporting our Global Procurement team as we strengthen procurement governance and consistency across 20+ countries. This role offers the opportunity to work within a growing, collaborative environment where you'll help ensure compliance with procurement standards, provide guidance to stakeholders, and contribute to developing world-class sourcing practices for a global management and technology consultancy.
What You'll Do
- Support the creation and maintenance of a global approved supplier list, consolidating spend across centralised suppliers.
- Review and approve new supplier requests in line with procurement policies and procedures.
- Provide clear guidance to local teams to support compliance with global procurement standards.
- Monitor and report on procurement compliance across regions, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to sourcing strategy development and support process enhancements across all spend categories.
- Degree qualified and/or MCIPS accreditation (or working towards it).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and policies, ideally within professional or financial services.
- High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse and interpret large data sets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience supporting global procurement or vendor management initiatives.
- Exposure to financial, marketing, IT, or corporate category sourcing.
- Track record of improving procurement governance or compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and reporting tools.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
