Job Purpose:

The Procurement team are responsible for leveraging value and spend with suppliers (with a focus on non-inventory services) and ensuring items are procured in compliance with the business requirements. Responsible for negotiating and achieving favourable terms for short and long-term contracts with suppliers, ensuring regulatory/ethical compliance, supporting business and financial objectives and providing leadership in line with KKI's strategy on environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve procurement analytics
• Maintain and update monthly reports
• Identify errors in spend data and work with Finance Dept to rectify
• Maintain and update Procurement Function processes and procedures
• Participate in / Lead low risk procurement projects from sourcing through to implementation
• Participate in sourcing projects (RFP)
• Engage with existing suppliers in support of Contract/relationship management
• Responsible for ensuring own activities are consistent with corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, compliance frameworks and relevant local legislation

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Studying for a bachelor's degree (preferably a science or business-based subject)
• Numerate
• MS Excel skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
