Role Overview
The role requires an experienced Materials & Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing projects. This position involves vendor management, cost optimization, and compliance with company standards to support efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement strategies for materials and equipment.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams for material requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Track delivery schedules and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management review.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in procurement and materials management within contracting companies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
