Procurement & Operations
- Create and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring all documentation and data are complete.
- Coordinate with brands and suppliers to confirm orders, schedule shipments, and track deliveries.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve receiving, pricing, or invoicing discrepancies.
- Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and delivery reports; work with brands to resolve mismatches.
- Plan and place orders in coordination with the planning team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain procurement trackers, records, and reports using Excel and ERP systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and manage regular communication and updates.
- Organize and maintain brand documentation, including product details, content, and digital assets.
- Communicate new product launches, pricing updates, and brand initiatives to internal teams.
- Share order forms, product decks, and updates with the sales team to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Provide timely brand and product information to support sales activities.
- Manage aftersales requests by coordinating with brands and internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain accurate aftersales records and ensure timely closure of all cases.
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and training events.
- Support product launches, promotional activities, and brand events by coordinating materials and timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Prior experience in retail, distribution, or e-commerce is preferred.
