Your responsibilities:
  • You ensure the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain by supporting our buyers with demand planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
  • Executing purchase orders and creating forecasts in line with product strategies, categories, and inventory targets belong to your main tasks.
  • Furthermore, you analyse historical data, market trends, and seasonality to support accurate demand forecasting.
  • You monitor inventory levels, lead times, and reorder points to prevent shortages and overstock situations, as well as manage product lifecycle changes such as phase-ins, phase-outs, and substitutions.
  • You also liaise with suppliers and the expediting team to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and resolve supply issues to ensure compliance with agreed pricing, terms, and quality specifications.
  • Close collaboration with buyers, sales, marketing, finance, suppliers, and other internal and external partners to align forecasts, resolving supply issues, and continuous improvement of processes is a key part of this role.

You bring along:
  • You have a degree or vocational training in supply chain management, business administration, statistics, or a comparable field.
  • You bring 2-6 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or demand planning, depending on seniority.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data, forecasts, and performance indicators.
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and manage multiple priorities confidently.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and international suppliers in fluent English. Any additional language spoken is of advantage.
  • You are comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
