PSCM Category Lead 
As a PSCM Category Lead ,you will be at the forefront of delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain solutions that empower operational success for the client. This pivotal role blends hands-on contract strategy, sourcing leadership, and supplier management with the unique opportunity to mentor and develop Local talent—shaping the future of supply chain management within the region. Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in procurement sourcing strategies including RFP development, supplier evaluation, selection, negotiations, and contracting.
• Strong contract and supplier management skills with ability to address and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of complex project procurement categories and the ability to translate end-user requirements into robust sourcing events.
• Experience managing compliance processes related to Technical Service Contracts and regional governance approvals (PSA/TSC/concessionaire).
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of delivering continuous improvement and value generation.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across cultures and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and commercial evaluation capabilities, including the use of PSCM systems such as SAP, Maximo, Ariba, or OneSource.
• Agile mindset with openness to innovation and flexible ways of working under pressure and ambiguity.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience coaching and developing procurement teams or local talent to build sustainable category capabilities.
• Familiarity with local content obligations and regional operations environment in Iraq or similar markets.
• Exposure to end-to-end supply chain management beyond procurement, including demand planning and aggregation.
• Multilingual skills or proven success working within multicultural teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in contracts and procurement roles within industrial or technically complex project environments.
• Previous involvement in sourcing and contract management in Middle East or similar challenging regional contexts highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional teams supporting major projects.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work on a rotational 28:28 in Iraq.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with strict governance frameworks and operational standards.
• Ability to travel as required within the region to engage stakeholders and suppliers.
