Responsibilities

-Project(s) procurement lead
-Plan, develop, implement and execute specific and overall contract strategies, invitation to tender, bid opening, negotiation and evaluation, clarifications, contractual drafts, awards and handovers and document and archive same.
-Contract management and close out
-Take initiative to and ensure experience transfer.
-Support the business as required.
-Identify key risks and opportunities related to the procurement process

Required expertise

-Bachelor's degree, can be compensated with long experience
-Minimum 10 years' experience within procurement
-Oil & gas industry experience, preferably from operator side
-Knowledge of Procurement Systems and project procurement
-Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal
