Responsibilities

-Identify project logistics needs and establish necessary strategies, including SAP configuration, warehouse coordination, and subcontractor management.
-Ensure the controlled handling of free issue materials from delivery to utilization.
-Develop responsibility matrices for material release and finalize agreements with freight forwarders.
-Track material balances by type and task to maintain a smooth workflow.
-Conduct material reconciliation at both procurement package and project levels.
-Identify and recommend strategies for handling surplus materials.
-Participate in project closure activities within SAP, such as clearing logistic purchase orders, stock balances, and reservations.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field; relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
-Proven ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
-Strong problem-solving abilities with a flexible and positive mindset.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
