This key role provides support to Procurement & Insurance Services and the wider Finance department. Key duties will include the administration of key corporate contracts including office stationery, Business travel and Multi-functional Devices (MFDs), the administration of new suppliers and financial waivers, raising purchase orders and dealing with general procurement related enquiries.

Procurement Services are looking for someone who has:
  • A willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a helpful, confident manner
  • A good working knowledge of IT

This role s offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months, and is full-time (37.0 hours per week), however we welcome applicants that are seeking to job share. This role is also eligible for some remote working inline with our agile working policy .
