Salt is currently hiring a Procurement specialist for a client of ours in Amsterdam.

Role Overview

The Procurement Specialist supports sourcing activities, supplier management, and procurement operations, with a primary focus on the Technology category. This role manages sourcing projects up to €1M and contributes to the development and execution of category strategies to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and value-driven procurement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution
• Manage sourcing projects valued up to €1M
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, including SaaS agreements
• Partner with stakeholders and Legal to ensure contract compliance
• Support category strategy development and supplier management
• Analyze spend and market data to support procurement decisions

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of sourcing experience in the Technology category
• Solid understanding of contract law
• Experience negotiating SaaS agreements
• Strong communication and analytical skills
