We're looking for a highly organised working student to support and improve our procurement and logistics operations. You'll ensure the right hardware is ordered, received, configured and shipped to customers on time - and you'll have room to optimise and level up how we do it.

What you'll do

• Coordinate hardware orders (cameras, compute, network equipment, etc.) with global suppliers
• Track deliveries and make sure shipments arrive at the correct location and timeline
• Prepare outgoing shipments - incl. repackaging, labelling and documentation at our office when needed
• Handle invoices and customs/border declarations (EU and non-EU)
• Maintain oversight of multiple shipments and deadlines in parallel
• Continuously spot and propose improvements to how we run procurement and logistics - tools, structure, automation, supplier process, etc.

You are

• Extremely organized, reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable juggling many parallel operational threads
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Hands-on and curious - willing to refine and improve how things are done, not just follow instructions
• Able to take real ownership rather
