In this full-time role, you will drive value by securing optimal conditions for goods and services across categories such as technical equipment, print and packaging materials, and various services. You'll use your market insight and negotiation skills to strengthen supplier partnerships and support Arvato's continuous improvement and operational excellence.

YOUR TASKS

• Purchase goods and services under the most optimal commercial and operational conditions;
• Manage procurement areas such as technical, print, and packaging materials, as well as indirect services;
• Conduct market analyses and monitor supplier performance and competition to ensure best-value sourcing;
• Lead contract and price negotiations with both existing and new suppliers;
• Participate in the implementation and execution of online tenders;
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational needs;
• Report to the Senior Procurement Officer and support continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Proven commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• A proactive, independent, and motivated professional mindset, eager to develop and grow.

• A salary between €2,975 and €5,531. We top it off with 8% holiday allowance and discounted gym memberships;
