As Procurement Manager Norway, you manage a portfolio of contracted suppliers and drive procurement strategy to ensure competitive rates, innovative products, and a strong, market-aligned offering. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Procurement Team Leader, you will:
- Work within a procurement team consisting of two managers and a support resource
- Build strong internal relationships across Procurement, Reservations, Accounting, Sales, and Operations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for hotel and land services in Norway
- Establish and maintain strong supplier partnerships to secure competitive and relevant products
- Monitor market trends and product innovation to support product development
- Negotiate special and exclusive agreements with key suppliers and hotel chains
- Identify and mitigate business risks and manage escalations
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical standards
To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have
- Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement, business development, account, or revenue management, ideally within hospitality or travel
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Proven ability to execute strategy, build senior-level relationships, and deliver results
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
