About the Role:

• We're looking for an experienced Fit Out Procurement Manager to take ownership of sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management across high-quality fit-out projects. This role is key to ensuring the right materials and services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required standard.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in procurement within the fit-out industry in the GCC.
• 3 years (minimum) in a procurement leadership/management position
• Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with project teams.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP tools, and MS Office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leading the full procurement cycle for fit-out projects, from sourcing to delivery.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating the best commercial outcomes.
• Working closely with project and delivery teams to understand requirements and timelines.
• Ensuring materials meet design, quality, and technical specifications.
• Managing procurement budgets, tracking costs, and identifying value-engineering opportunities.
• Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Maintaining clear, accurate procurement documentation and reports.
