English: Pay Details: Grade 5 SCP 8 - 12 . £ 26,824 to £28,5981 per annum
pro rata

Hours of Work / Working Pattern : 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Main Place of W ork: Civic Office, Barry and other locations in the V ale of
Glamorgan as required to undertake the post including hybrid working.

• Description: To enhance positive and pro - active relationships with
existing and prospective private landlord partners and letting agents in
order t o maintain and increase supply of Private Rented housing
available to the Council. To maintain a register of suitable temporary
accommodation available to the Council to use as emergency housing
