Responsibilities

-Develop strategy and adhere to subsea material handling procedures.
-Act as the focal point for material logistics, handling, and preservation within projects.
-Ensure equipment is handed over to operations from the project in a controlled manner.
-Manage the logistics of company-owned equipment post-handover, including delivery, transport, and receipt.
-Follow up on the Equipment to Warehouse (EWC) completion process.
-Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
-Oversee the Spare Parts and Interchangeability Record (SPIR) process.
-Ensure correct registration of spare equipment and tools in relevant systems.
-Optimize storage strategies and locations for spare equipment and tools.
-Conduct site follow-ups to ensure storage and maintenance are performed according to requirements.

Required expertise

-Experience with subsea project field development and equipment from an operator's perspective.
-Knowledge of storage, preservation, and material handling processes.
