Indirect Procurement Manager (all genders) - Offshore Wind Industry

Your future tasks:
  • Lead and develop the indirect procurement ensuring clear prioritization, alignment, and continuous development within a growing and dynamic organization
  • Take ownership of strategic procurement activities across a broad range of indirect categories, acting as a central interface between business functions and the procurement organization
  • Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies that balance cost, risk, quality, and operational requirements in an offshore-driven environment
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to internal stakeholders, translating business needs into structured sourcing approaches and commercially sound procurement decisions
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including market analysis, RfQs/RfPs, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and contract award
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure robust contract structures in close alignment with legal, tax, insurance, and other expert functions
  • Oversee contract management across the lifecycle, ensuring performance, compliance, and resolution of contractual topics with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive cost optimization and value creation through spend analysis, supplier strategies, and identification of efficiency improvements
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including performance management through KPIs and continuous evaluation
  • Support and implement global procurement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of procurement processes, tools, and governance
  • Ensure procurement activities are aligned with safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements, reflecting the standards of large-scale offshore and energy projects

Your profile:
  • Several years of experience in strategic procurement, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or offshore-related industries
  • Strong understanding of complex procurement environments, ideally with exposure to offshore wind or comparable large-scale projects
  • Ability to operate across technical, commercial, and operational interfaces, with a clear understanding of project-driven procurement dynamics
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience in structuring and closing complex contracts
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving organization
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and procurement tools is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
