Bouygues Construction's Procurement network is developing a decentralised purchasing policy, organised as a network and coordinated on behalf of Bouygues Construction's activities.

Main Responsabilities

Actively participate in the development of purchasing strategy and contribute your innovative vision :

• Identify and anticipate material and supply needs of internal customers to optimize processes.
• Consult and analyse supplier offers to establish a comparison table integrating quality, cost, lead time and regulatory compliance. • Negotiate contractual conditions : price, lead times, payment terms, penalties.
• Establish the non-objection letter to get client's approval, and the purchase order.
• Monitor the deliveries and effectively manage any disputes or non-conformities.
• Work closely with the BYCN Purchasing network to maximize synergies

Your Profile

• At least 2 years experience in procurement.
• Fluent in English,
• Proficiency in Tender Processes and Bid Analysis
• Knowledge of Civil works, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests
• Organized, rigorous and responsive

Starting date septembre/ octobre 2026 for 18 months.
