The UK is looking for a Procurement and Sourcing Manager to support our Global Well Services team.

Our ideal candidate will be have experience of end-to-end management of sourcing, procurement, and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and reliable supply of goods and services that support operational and business objectives.

This role covers the full supplier lifecycle: •

Sourcing - identify, evaluate, and select suppliers

Procurement - contract execution and purchasing

Supplier Management - performance, risk, and improvement

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in: o Procurement / purchasing o Strategic sourcing o Supplier or category management •
• Operation Management System improvement experience. •
• Experience with ERP migration and implementation (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, RTMS).
• Excellent analytical, planning, and leadership skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
