As a Project & Process Procurement Management Intern at Nokia, your core mission is to streamline procurement workflows and processes to improve efficiency, digital optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
You will be mainly involved in Data Analysis of overall Procure to Pay process. You will operate in collaboration with key stakeholders: Procurement Category Heads, Supply Chain Operations, Product Line Management. You will report to Procurement organization, in a highly inclusive and international environment, with a physical office in Vimercate, Italy.

You will be mainly involved in Data Analysis of overall Procure to Pay process. You will operate in collaboration with key stakeholders: Procurement Category Heads, Supply Chain Operations, Product Line Management. Responsibilities
- Create specific reports in Excel and Power Bi for Supply Chain and PLM usage
- Control and update Procurement databases
- Review Bill of Material to identify country of origin and multi-sourcing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
- Analytical professional with experience in Process analysis, mapping and workflow, procurement strategy and data analysis
- Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, Power BI
- Soft Skills: Research and analytical thinking, fluent English, good communication, adaptability
