Description

To support our continued growth, we are looking to employ a Junior Consultant to join our consulting team.

This role will assist senior consultants and project teams in delivering high-quality services to client organisations across Housing, Customer, and Asset departments. The Junior Consultant will contribute to data analysis, reporting, and project support activities, helping ensure services are safe, reliable, and efficient.
  • Understand the context of the social housing sector
  • Experience of operational or administrative systems and processes
  • Experience of PCR2015 compliant procurement processes
  • Experience of procurement portals such as Mercell, In-Tend, Delta etc.
  • Initial document drafting
  • Initial report drafting
  • Creation of word and excel score sheets
  • Minute taking at forementioned meetings and workshops
  • Completion of co-ordination tasks in relation to procurement processes
  • Document drafting including Notices, SQs, ITTs etc
  • Report drafting
  • Review of technical documentation for procurements
  • Management of timetables
  • Managing client relationships
  • Ensuring deadlines are adhered to
  • Creation of word and excel score sheets
  • Updating of templates
  • Organising meetings, workshops and the like
  • Minute taking at forementioned meetings and workshops
  • Proof reading
  • Understand the context of the social housing sector
  • Experience of operational or administrative systems and processes
  • Experience of procurement portals such as Mercell, In-Tend, Delta etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior consultants and project teams in delivering high-quality services to clients
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations
  • Contribute to project planning and administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain compliance with Lumensol policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities
  • Uphold Lumensol values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Organised, professional, and proactive approach.
